In line with our policy of prioritizing customer satisfaction, all purchases made through our website are eligible for exchange within 3 days of their arrival to you. This also applies to all damaged or defective purchases, as well as purchases that were delivered to you by mistake.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on all our pieces within 3 working days from the date you received your order.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
*. Make sure that the product remains in its original condition, including its packaging, and that it has not been used.
*. Make sure that no more than 3 days have passed since the date you received the product.
*. It is necessary to show the delivery receipt (invoice) that you received with the product, which contains your order number.
*. In case of a defect or error in the product, the replacement is free, but in case of changing the product without a reason, the delivery fees will be paid.
*. Products that are on seasonal discounts cannot be exchanged with any other products that are not on seasonal discounts, they can only be exchanged with the same product.
*. We have the right to refuse the exchange in case the above conditions are not met or in some special cases, for example: repeating the exchange request within a short period of time and on most products.
important note: By purchasing from Moda Hijab, you agree that you can only request a return of goods and a refund if it turns out that the goods do not match the description on the website. You cannot request a return of the product and a refund for any other reason.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Moda Hijab for refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at the contact page using the same e-mail address used to order the product.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Moda Hijab cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
When we receive your request to return an item. We will directly send you an email with the address that you need to send the items to.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within 48 hours.
We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 1-6 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at the contact page.
